About Shannon
I’m Shannon Cantrell — mom to four amazing kids, “Nonnie” to three sweet grandbabies, and dog mom to Jolene, our golden retriever who thinks she’s the queen. My family is my greatest blessing, and my faith is the compass for everything I do. This business was born from what I know beyond a shadow of a doubt was a calling — something I truly felt led by Him to create.
I’m grateful to serve as:
President of the Overton County Industrial Development Authority
Executive Board Member of the Anti-Drug Coalition
Board Member of the Overton County Heritage Museum
Board Member of the Overton County Arts Council
Cheer Coach for The Outlaws Football Cheer Team — love those girls and teaching them the importance of leadership and teamwork
I was born and raised in Sparta, Tennessee, but I’ve called Livingston home for the past 30 years. Over time, I’ve grown to love it every bit as much as my own hometown. I’ve poured my heart and soul into helping our community grow, from leading new development projects to strengthening local businesses, improving tourism, and preserving our history. Seeing empty spaces come to life, local entrepreneurs succeed, and community pride grow has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey.
History and art have always been passions of mine, and if I’m not working, you’ll probably find me in an antique shop trying not to add to my collection (I’ve ran out of storage) , painting, listening to an audiobook when I would rather be reading (there’s never enough time in the day) or spending time with my family.
I graduated from Tennessee Technological University with my BS in Psychology and Business Management. In 2024, I earned my Leadership Development Certificate and became a Tennessee Certified Economic Developer in 2023. With over 25 years in business management, sales, marketing, tourism, and economic development, I’ve created this business to help others reach their goals and see real change in their communities.
At the heart of it all, I’m just a small-town girl who loves people, loves her community, and believes we can make a difference when we work together.
